Gus Ofili is a dedicated and passionate real estate agent. Originally from Waterbury, Connecticut, Gus moved to the Greater Bangor area to further his education. He earned an Associate's degree in Business Management from Eastern Maine Community College and a Bachelor's degree from Husson University in Bangor, Maine.

With over seven and a half years of experience in the banking industry, focusing on credit card sales, Gus honed his skills in finance and customer service. As a committed public speaker, he has received multiple awards from Toastmasters, showcasing his strong communication abilities.

In 2019, Gus joined ERA Dawson Bradford in Bangor, Maine, as a real estate agent. His dedication and hard work paid off as he earned the prestigious title of Rookie of the Year for all ERA companies nationwide. Since then, he has successfully sold over 380 houses and expanded his expertise into real estate investment, accumulating 58 house/apartment doors since August 2020.
